Registration Fees

  • Trainee / HQP CAD $730 (CAD $835 after Wednesday, September 16)
  • Principal Investigator CAD $940 (CAD $1,045 after Wednesday, September 16)
  • Sponsor CAD $1,255 (CAD $1,360 after Wednesday, September 16)
  • Not-For-Profit CAD $1,255 (CAD $1,360 after Wednesday, September 16)
  • Industry CAD $1,360 (CAD $1,465 after Wednesday, September 16)
  • Government CAD $1,360 (CAD $1,465 after Wednesday, September 16)
  • Other CAD $1,390 (CAD $1,465 after Wednesday, September 16)

Registration fees for the 2026 Till & McCulloch Meetings include full access to all plenary sessions, breakout sessions, poster hall and exhibit hall, networking events, meals, and refreshment breaks.

13% HST will be added to all registration fees at checkout.

Select the Trainee / HQP registration type only if you are an undergraduate or graduate student, post-doctoral fellow, research associate, technical staff, or clinical research staff.

Select the Other registration type only if you do not fall into any of the other registration categories.

Code of Conduct

As part of the registration process, registrants will be asked to confirm that they have read the Code of Conduct and agree to its terms.

Refund Policy

  • Full refund less $25 cancellation fee: Requests for cancellation of registration received up to and including Wednesday, October 21, 2026.
  • No refund: Requests for cancellation of registration received from Thursday, October 22, 2026, onward.

Privacy Policy

Registrants’ contact information will be collected by the organizers of TMM2026 during the registration process. Contact information will be retained by the organizers and will not be shared with outside organizations unless permission has been given by the registrant during the registration process. Registrants will have the option, during the registration process, and at any time by contacting the organizers, to opt-in or opt-out of receiving communications from the conference organizers.

Delivery Policy

Upon payment of the registration fee, registrants will receive an email confirmation of their registration for the 2026 Till & McCulloch Meetings.
