Internships and fellowships provide regenerative medicine trainees, including graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and other HQP, with opportunities to develop specific skills and experience that will directly benefit both their research projects and future career progression.

Exchange programs enable trainees to visit international institutions for several weeks or months, encouraging the sharing of techniques and skills between research groups and seeding new research collaborations.
